What is your return policy for performance wear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, undergarments and compression liners cannot be returned once opened.
How should I care for my technical fabrics?
To preserve moisture-wicking properties, we recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors and air drying. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach.
Do you offer a warranty on your equipment?
Yes, all Nuvo Athletic equipment and accessories are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Absolutely. You can initiate an exchange through our online portal. Once we receive your original item, we will ship out the new size at no additional shipping cost to you.
